We do not use "cookies" to track web site visitors' movement or anything related to visitor's personal circumstances. The only general information we will ever collect from web browsers will be information such as the overall number of visitors per day per page or which web sites referred the visitors. Our policy is to only ask for information voluntarily.

We never disclose any visitor's personal information such as name, address, survey response or e-mail address to any third party for marketing purposes. We store such information only for the purpose of sending our promotional material or to answer a query. We do make it clear that an e-mail reply may be sent to the visitor to acknowledge the inquiry and engage in interesting e-mail correspondence. However, at the bottom of each e-mail which is not in reply to a customer message is a 'remove@abcwills.com' e-mail address. If the potential customer wishes to terminate the correspondence then an e-mail to this address will result in no more e-mail communication being initiated by us. It is possible that statistical totals of customer responses per country or state may be compiled but that will be sole for use by the ABC Wills organization.

III. Choices available to consumers regarding the marketing uses of the collected information.

Our customers are in control of any personal information. A customer can ensure that all personal data relating to their visit of the ABC Wills web site will be deleted if they send an e-mail to the web address :- remove@abcwills.com When the personal data is removed from our records a confirmation e-mail is sent to inform the customer that such action has taken place. V. Protection of online information.

All personal information is currently stored physically on only two computers and unavailable for any distributed network access. All personal data is stored in password protected files and strictly accessible only by authorized employees. All ABC Wills employees are told as a matter of contract employment that if they access customer personal data without management permission for any reason, willingly or accidentally then it is an instant disciplinary matter.

VI. Changes to our privacy policy and where consumers should look to see if changes have been made.

All changes to our privacy policy will be posted in the web page titled 'ABC Wills Customer Internet Privacy Statement' which will always be linked to any web page in which personal information could be entered.
